Life… Bicycle… 10 Years… Bicycle
The autodriver team is proud to support their own athlete - Dimitris Douventzidis - Who has completed ten years of participation in the hellenic cycling federation.
The fixture list is announced at the beginning of each year and the athletes choose some target races but also some others which will help for their preparation. The most important target race of the year is the national track championship which all of them prepare either to win or for a good placement.
This takes place in the middle of June, each time at a different part of Greece.
It is a two-day race. During the first of these days a self-timing takes place where the athlete is expected to cover a 32km distance at the fastest possible speed.
On these cond day an endurance race takes place during which the athletes are expected to cover a 160km distance with more than 1500m variation in altitude.
This year, the national track championship will take place in Arta at the beginning of September due to the present situation of the country.
