This testing is carried out onto a roller brake tester. During the testing on this roller brake tester the following will be tested: The total braking system performance. The fluctuation of brake forces during a complete wheel revolution.
A photometer is used to define if the dimming and intensity of passing lamps and driving lights are within the set limits.
An exhaust gas analyzer is used to test if the exhaust gas emissions of vehicles powered by gasoline or LPG exceed the limits the manufacturer set. The exhaust fumes measured by the exhaust gas analyzer are Carbon Monoxide (CO) and Hydrocarbons (HC).
