In compliance with the national legislation, Traffic Police imposes fines on vehicles on the road without roadworthiness test cards.
The fine imposed by Traffic Police in the case of a passenger car without a roadworthiness test card has been defined to 400 euro, which can be reduced to its one eighth (50euro) in the case the owner oft he vehicle can hand in a valid roadworthiness test card within ten days.
The fine imposed by the traffic police in the case of trucks exceeding 3.5tn, taxis, ambulances and buses withput a roadworthiness card has been defined to 400euro, which can be reduced to its half (200euro) in the case the owner of the vehicle hands in a valid roadworthiness test within 10 days.
